No one thinks their time will be over
In a year or two
But when that time comes along
It hurts to see were through
If we knew this pain would come
We wouldn't have captured each others hearts
It's hard to see me leave
But by growing up we're also growing a part
It's time to go
Right now's time to leave
So many things we have done
And even more we have seen
Here we close a chapter
We start a brand new page
Don't be scared of what's going on
For it's time to change
I'm so scared I'm going to lose you
I'm so scared you will forget me
I'm so scared, but I really love you
I wish all good memories would remain
I'm so scared I'll be failure
I'm so scared I'll mess up
I'm so scared you will not love me
When all I need is love
If I had known what I knew before
Would it make me love you more
Would you be any closer to my heart
I can't answer these many questions
But there is one thing I can mention
With our memories we are never far apart

POEM=MOPE
Silent whispers aloud
You don't hear a word
When I scream at the top of my lungs
My sound goes unheard
I fight, I run,
I bleed, I take flight
My nights are dazes
And my days are nights
I take a breath in
It barely fills my lungs
And as the song says
I'm coming undone
I close my eyes
To hear the silence
I open my ears
All I see is violence.
I crumble
Into the what I usually am
I've fallen to the floor
You've dropped me out of you hands.
You don't hear a word
When I scream at the top of my lungs
My sound goes unheard
I fight, I run,
I bleed, I take flight
My nights are dazes
And my days are nights
I take a breath in
It barely fills my lungs
And as the song says
I'm coming undone
I close my eyes
To hear the silence
I open my ears
All I see is violence.
I crumble
Into the what I usually am
I've fallen to the floor
You've dropped me out of you hands.

If I Were a Book
Some people live their lives like and open book for all to read and discuss. Fortunately I am one of the few who are not open books. I am one of the books you find in the back of an antique bookstore. I am the book the owner of the store has not even read. When I am opened and customers browse inside at my pages they see nothing. I am blank to the mere human eye which only sees on the surface level of everything, but when you see with the deeper eyes of essence words suddenly appear on the page than was once empty. You begin to read and an unsuspected story is told. This tale brings try joy, sorrow, anger, bliss and many other emotions people have been too fearful to tap into.
I am a book. Do you know how to read me?
